Through mindful coaching we will guide you on your journey to a healthier you. We’ll consider not only your food choices, but all aspects of your lifestyle and help define a new healthstyle. By making small, realistic changes and creating new inspired habits, one step at a time we can help transform your well-being, reduce stress, improve sleep, lessen gut issues and maybe together we can positively impact the health of our planet along the way.

This approach is not a “diet”.  This is a journey, not a quick fix or a magic trick, but a program that you help create and therefore can maintain long term with the flexibility to change and adapt as you achieve your goals. Whether your challenge is losing weight, making healthy food choices, finding time to exercise, reducing stress, getting better sleep or all of the above, we’ll be there to coach you on your journey.

How I work with clients…

Health Coaching

One on one coaching through zoom or in person if convenient. You and I will design a program that will align with your specific health goals and adjust along the way as progress is made. If your goal is to lose weight, eat and cook healthier meals, sleep better, reduce gut issues, ease chronic inflammation and/or reduce stress, together we can make that happen.

Meditation Classes
One on one via zoom or in person if convenient. If you have said “I really need to meditate, but just don’t have the time” you really NEED to meditate and I will help inspire you to find the time. This practice has the ability to not only reduce your daily stress and calm your monkey mind but will also raise your conscious awareness and bring more ease into your life. You will enter and exit your day with more joy, purpose and clarity which can lead you to infinite possibilities.
Access Bars

Access Bars is an Access Consciousness tool that aids in the clearing of fog that keeps us trapped in habits and cycles that we’re trying to break or overcome. Having your bars run, as it is called, can facilitate desired change in all areas of your life by opening up conscious awareness. Create more ease, joy and glory in your life.

Eat as if your life depends on it!

Your journey will likely begin with exploring your food choices because your life really does depend on it.  Eating more “real foods” improves your physical, mental and spiritual health. Replacing boxed, bagged, over processed food with more vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, legumes can begin a transformation to a better you. Choosing your meat, poultry, dairy and eggs more mindfully will not only improve your health but that of the planet as well.  Organic and sustainable choices, when possible, are always the best choices. Do this for you and for all of us!
