As an IIN Certified Health Coach and a Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor, I have had the honor and privilege of being taught by many great instructors who have inspired and honed my purpose. I believe, as I bet most of you believe, that there is so much more to discover during our time on this planet and I want to be a part of the process.
With mindful practices, this journey explores how we can make a positive impact on our bodies, our minds, our health, our families and friends and ultimately our planet through not only our food choices but also in the way we live and love.
