Chews Love was inspired by my passion to improve my health. Inspired by my desire to not grow old sick. Inspired by my desire to give back and share what I have learned (and continue to learn) along the way. Chews Love is for all humans, all species and the health of our planet. I believe we are all connected, soul to soul, and as we heal one, we impact all.

Chews Love is a journey. I sincerely hope you will join me as I/we explore ways in which we can improve our health. And by setting an example, inspire the health of our loved ones with the goal and result of healing our planet one person at a time.

As an IIN Certified Health Coach and a Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor, I have had the honor and privilege of being taught by many great instructors who have inspired and honed my purpose. I believe, as I bet most of you believe, that there is so much more to discover during our time on this planet and I want to be a part of the process.

With mindful practices, this journey explores how we can make a positive impact on our bodies, our minds, our health, our families and friends and ultimately our planet through not only our food choices but also in the way we live and love.

How I work with clients…

Health Coaching

Individual coaching via zoom or in person if convenient. You and I will design a program that will align with your specific health goals and adjust along the way as progress is made. If your goal is to lose weight, eat and cook healthier meals, sleep better, reduce gut issues, ease chronic inflammation and/or reduce stress, together we can make that happen.

Meditation Classes
One on one via zoom or in person if convenient. If you have said “I really need to meditate, but just don’t have the time” you really NEED to meditate and I will help inspire you to find the time. This practice has the ability to not only reduce your daily stress and calm your monkey mind but will also raise your conscious awareness and bring more ease into your life. You will enter and exit your day with more joy, purpose and clarity which can lead you to infinite possibilities.
Access Bars

Access Bars is an Access Consciousness tool that aids in the clearing of fog that keeps us trapped in habits and cycles that do not positively serve us. Having your bars run, as it is called, can facilitate desired change in all areas of your life by opening up conscious awareness. Create more ease, joy and glory in your life.
