The Health Coaching, Meditation Class and Access Bars are all designed to be used in coordination with each other or independently depending on your intention and desire. The goal is to meet your need to be the healthiest being you can achieve. We’ll work together to decide what is the best overall program for your individual health and wellness goals. 

Health Coaching

Improve your health, manage you weight and just feel better.

This health coaching program is mindfully designed to guide you through the process of managing your ideal weight and improving your overall health. In a non-judgemental, safe space where we’ll explore the unhealthy choices made either consciously or unconsciously and the why behind those choices.  Then we’ll gradually eliminate some foods that are not serving your health while introducing new foods and healthstyle options that will work with your busy schedule and budget. Included is a journey through your refrigerator and pantry, a lesson in reading food labels and an exercise routine that is manageable. If we discover that stress is a factor in your challenge to make healthier choices, you’ll be able to add in the meditation class below at a discounted price. 

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation where we’ll learn a bit about each other and uncover your short-term and long-term health goals. If we determine we’re a good fit, we’ll continue with a 12-session program that can span over 3 to 6 months depending on your schedule.  Meetings may occur in person or over zoom and will last no more than 50 minutes. 

The challenge, for all of us, is making long-term, healthstyle choices, replacing bad habits with good habits and all of that takes work.  We all need someone to talk with, guide us and hold us accountable when doing the hard work. I want to be there for you if you’re ready to Chews Love.

Group Coaching

Group coaching and meditation classes that will do all of the above with the added support of like minded humans that will be there to share the challenges along the way. Groups will be determined by similar goals and hand-picked for compatibility.

Meditation Classes

Reduce stress, find inner peace, become more joyful and find your purpose.

Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) is a Mantra based meditation practice that was revived and inspired by Dr. Deepak Chopra from the ancient sages of India. PSM is an easy, yet impactful, meditation practice that can be taught to anyone with the desire to achieve a more peaceful, joyful and healthier life. We teach children and all adults at any level of stress or life stage.

The class consists of four classes taught over two or weeks and each class lasts about 90 minutes. Individual classes or group classes are available.

If you have tried meditation but just don’t get it. Or tried and just can’t do it. Or, you don’t really know what meditation is. This is an inspirational method of teaching that will show you what it is, that you can do it and you will get it. I will give you tools and resources to help make this a daily practice that will add peace, joy, spiritual enlightenment to your life.
